Dude it sucks out there! I don't mean to get all nerd patrol on you or nothin, but things haven't been this bad since we bailed out everybody after WWII. The economy is shedding jobs like my pet Boa sheds skins and that means that the almighty house repo man cometh.

When they called and told me they stopped the foreclosure process, I was like, OK thanks. And then when they told me they could cut my mortgage payments way down, I was like great news! All this good news, but in the back of my head I just didn't believe it. Well I didn't believe it until my first coupon book came with the new lower payments. Then I just stared.
